What to Expect
As a Trainee in the Nestlé Sales Development Program (NSDP)
You will rotate three to four times within our various Sales divisions over a five- to six-year period.

As a Trainee in the Nestlé Dreyer’s Ice Cream Field Operations Leadership Program (NDIC)
You will rotate one to two times and gain experience in Customer Delivery Systems, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Finance for our Frozen Pizza and Ice Cream businesses in this one-year accelerated program.

This program develops the future leaders of Nestlé USA within the Sales division. It is the ideal fast track for those with long-term goals of pursuing a cross-functional, sales management career. Successful graduates will move into a people manager role.
As an Intern in the Nestlé Retail Operations Center Hispanic Market (NROCH)
In our 10-week paid internship, you will gain knowledge of Sales at Nestlé USA and how it relates to our consumer, food and pet care products.

This program develops interns into high-caliber candidates and can offer the opportunity to become a full- time Retail Sales Representative.

Other requirements:
- Graduation dates:
o Internship: Fall 2016/Spring 2017
o Trainees: Fall 2015/ Spring 2016 - Minimum of 3.0 gpa
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Geographic flexibility and ability to relocate
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- NROCH: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
