Interested in joining? Our Employees come through three different paths.

  • Undergraduate Trainee

    The Brand Marketing Development Rotation Program is a 3½-year training program with unique rotations and experiences that will develop your analytical skills and strategic thinking, while leveraging those incremental learnings obtained from your program mentor and buddy. Through this robust development program, you’ll build relevant and real-world marketing skills that will jump-start your career as future brand leaders within Nestlé USA without needing to have an MBA. At the completion of this trainee program, you will transition to a Marketing Associate at one of our corporate sites. Recruitment for this program begins in August and runs through October with webinars and campus visits; final interviews are completed in November.

  • MBA Program

    Participation in our MBA program can happen in two ways – whether you join us through participation of our on campus recruitment for our MBA summer internship program, or you’re a graduating MBA student, this program will equip and prepare you for a Marketing Associate position. Recruitment for this program takes place via on-campus events and webinars in the Fall semester followed by screenings and interview rounds that are completed in January.

  • Experienced Hire

    Every experienced hire that joins us goes through Nestlé’s Brand Marketing Program. Throughout your career, you’ll focus on collaborating with industry leaders both inside and outside of Nestlé. Using those partnerships and the latest consumer trends, you’ll help our brands’ healthy new offerings grow within the market.
