The Financial Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Warehousing Team of the Supply Chain organization to deliver cost targets while maintaining service levels. This individual will provide reporting and value-added analysis of fixed distribution warehousing expense while establishing productive partnerships with the Supply Chain Warehouse Team, Operations Finance, and Sales Finance. Additionally, this role will actively participate on multiple project teams, providing objective analysis and recommendations.
-Provide financial reporting, analysis and performance insights on monthly results, savings initiatives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other internal management reporting
-Provide monthly forecast and mid-month estimate of facility expenses
-Deliver an annual operating plan for expenses of responsibility
-Responsible for key reconciliations
-Lead efforts to improve processes and drive consistency in accounting procedures and processes used by Supply Chain facilities.
-Support monthly finance reviews with all facilities
-Support activities that maintain effective controls, processes, and audit compliance
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 Years Finance experience Preferred.
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
-Supply Chain / SAP knowledge preferred.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
-Must be able to effectively present financial information and analysis to non-finance management.
-Knowledge and understanding of general accounting
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Willingness to learn in fast-paced, dynamic environment
