POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this job is to follow detailed cleaning procedure and documentation of same. Actively support the implementation of the Nestle Quality Management System (QMS), Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) in the manufacturing facility. Always demonstrate safe, quality, and environment behaviors in the workplace
Responsibilities:
§  Follow each cleaning procedure per machine according to the Master Sanitation Procedure
Manual.
§  Knowledge of juice transfer lines to filter and hold tanks.
§  Basic understanding of the correct chemical strengths and proper use.
§  Ability to operate fillers.
§  Ensure work area is clean in accordance with GMP.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
Ability to write routine reports and fill out cleaning logs legibly.  
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. 
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Qualifications

REQUIREMEMENTS / EDUCATION:
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS:
·         Must be flexible and able to work with diverse groups in a team environment.
