The Training Operations team support the delivery of experiences and solutions that make learning, professional growth and organization transformation possible. In that context, the Training Coordinator will assist training specialists, course and program owners (clients) in the execution of key learning initiatives for the entire organization. You will add value by strengthening our event planning and management (including the coordination of all logistical requirements), contribute to key programs and support our administrative Learning Management System (LMS) activities. Your work will ensure we deliver the Learner Experience expected from the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company.
Learning Experience delivery:
Work with clients (course owner, program owner, and training specialist) to plan, schedule events and working agendas in order to meet program timelines.
Manage all logistical requirements for local events such as corporate training programs, conferences, and workshops including registration, room and conference space reservation, food & beverage selection, audiovisual coordination, rooming list management, ground transportation and activity coordination. Provide support to facilitators and trainers as required. Maintain complete records of all events related transactions, collaterals, and materials.
Consult and educate clients on possible options and recommend optimal solution to achieve logistical efficiency.
Review learner feedback with clients and recommend changes to program delivery. Assist clients in developing marketing and communication plans.
Learning Solution Administration:
Assist with administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to make training courses available to learners, schedule courses, track completion of courses and maintain employee transcripts
Manage rollout of training projects for clients, which are in support of overall Training & Learning strategies for the client groups and/or for L&OD
Plan projects to help business units leverage LMS in delivery and tracking of learning solutions, including the set-up of the learning objects within the LMS as well as communication plans that leverage all appropriate vehicles to ensure engaging learner experience
