•Supports to ensure all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted leader in NHW.
•Leads the implementation of the BBNW Create Engaging Brand Experiences Room.
•Runs BEP step 1 sessions and step 4 sessions and help coordinate step 3 workshops and other NiM Red Room training needs for Brand Builders.
•Responsible for the quality of Ultimate Briefs and Execution Plans.
•Sharing of key information within NiM regarding all communication aspects.
•Supports the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies in order to create engaging, business building communication.
•Ultimate responsibility for the development of outstanding creative work 100 % aligned with Nestlé communication principles.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
•7+ years experience in consumer marketing at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
-or 7+ years advertising agency experience in account management or strategy.
•Strategic planning, and / or executive management function. Ideally experience in both.
•Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
•Strategic thinking and problem solving- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and difficult recommendations.
•High tolerance for ambiguity, must process and prioritize potentially conflicting objectives
