As the Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and assessing people across functions in our factory on Continuous Improvement. You will dive into our data to help us identify opportunities to improve our performance and processes. In addition, you will be a leader among our teams while performing traditional industrial performance and engineering responsibilities.
- Gather data and analyze reports, including stoppage analysis and other production line data.
- Responsible for managing industrial performance activities in the factory, including Nestle Manufacturing performance metrics.
- Continuous improvement project support and leadership, including the delegated supervision of employees allocated to those assignments.
- Support and direct coaching for all Nestle Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world class manufacturing.
- Work with leadership across the factory to support all manufacturing excellence activities

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2+ years of continuous improvement, manufacturing, or process improvement, in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 5+ years of continuous improvement, manufacturing, or process improvement, in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
