POSITION SUMMARY: The National Customer Retention Specialist isresponsible for supporting Nestlé Professional’s customer database and businessprocesses through direct and indirect reporting sources to deliver effectiveretention approaches to achieve profitability goals. This position focuses onproviding analysis, reporting, direct customer engagement and developmentsupport of different data systems. Internally, this position supports Sales,Technical Service, Marketing and Finance groups. The National Retention Specialistsupports growth of sales via increased focus on proactively and professionally preventingcustomers from deciding to remove Nestlé Professional dispensing equipment. Thisincludes insulating and protecting relationships with our biggest customers viaregular contact, as well as contacting inactive customers to help re-acquirethem. The National Retention Specialist also initiates and/or implements customercorrective action as needed.

Proactive in resolving actual or potential customer concerns
Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation with the ability to diffuse customer angst and get to the core reason of why customers are frustrated.
Timely response to questions and inquiries
Understanding of all Nestlé Professional dispensing platforms and associated products preferred
Understanding of Nestlé Professional beverage service support model preferred
Accurate and complete work
Good understanding of commercial and non-commercial foodservice operations
Flexible and adaptive to changing situations and circumstances
Self-motivated and works well under pressure
- Sound administrative and computer skills with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, etc.) required
