TheMaterial Handler Palletizing will be responsible forstacking cases, wrapping all pallets and transporting all pallets to the 1stfloor shipping area. This position will rotate daily with the other areaco-workers. The position works under the general supervision ofthe Factory Supervisors, who make initial assignments of duties and who issuesoral or written instructions. Work is audited periodically in progress and uponcompletion to insure adequacy of performance, timely completion and compliancewith prescribed practices, procedures, and instruction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include thefollowing:
Stacking cases of Coffee-mate onto thepallet.
Wrapping pallets of Coffee-mate pallets totransport.
Transport the pallets to the 1stfloor shipping area.
Assist the casing area with packing bottlesand taping cases.
Move packaging materials to the work areas.
Wipe equipment down daily.
Sweep and mop floors.
Transport all used equipment to the properEquipment Cleanup room.
Dispose of trash and cleans work areathoroughly using chemicals.
Remove any unused product, boxes and utensilsand assure clear and clean work area.
Assist the other areas with cleaning.
Work any assignment as directed by supervisor.
Assure regular and timely attendance per company guidelines.
Work overtime as assigned by supervisor.
Participate in on-going training to enhance knowledge and skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Enter Work Order notifications
Perform Safety and Quality Risk Predictions.
Perform Friends Helping Friends actions.
Know/understand and be able to look up LOTO procedures for any equipmentyou work with.
Perform QMS entries.
Enter information onto SHO board and perform GSTD as needed.
Continuous Improvement Projects.
May be required to work in Production, Sanitationand other plant areas.

High school education or GED preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple to morecomplex instructions, formulas, policies and procedures. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information inone-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and tomultiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units weight measurement,volume and distance.
Basic computer knowledge. Ability to comprehend internal inventorysystem and input data accurately.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a fewconcrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be able to pass a tow motor test.
