Experience:Must have at least 1-3 years of production-related experience. Five or moreyears in a factory environment preferred. Experience in the Food and Beveragemanufacturing industry preferred.
Skills: Must possess basicreading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills. Must have stronginterpersonal and decision making skills and the ability to work alone orwithin a team environment. Strong computer skills preferred.
Physical Requirements: Abilityto lift 55 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, push, pull, walk orstand continuously for long periods of time. Must be able to climb and descendstairs. Must have full use of both hands, arms, legs, and feet. Must possessgeneral vision, hearing, speech and color perception abilities. Must be able towork in a repetitive motion and operate vibrating tools.
Environment: Must be able towork in an environment with exposure to dust, loud noise, confined areas, andextreme temperatures ranging from 40 to 140 degrees. Some odor related tochemicals or cooking operations may be objectionable. Environment may be aboveor below ground level.
Education: High School Diplomaor GED Equivalent
Minimum Age: Must be at least18 years of age
