POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Campus Recruiter at Nestlé USA, you’ll ensure that campus recruiting programs are aligned with business priorities to hire world-class interns and trainees. You’ll develop strong relationships with business leaders & HR partners to plan the recruiting strategy to attract, recruit and retain interns and trainees to help build a robust talent pipeline.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Impact through Partnering:
• Work in close partnership with specific program’s leadership & Campus Recruiting Team to develop the recruiting plans and strategies to meet business needs
• Collaborate with HR teams to create a candidate profile that emphasizes the key behavioral and technical competencies that will successfully attract, recruit and retain a robust and diverse pipeline of talent
• Advise internal & external business partners on the employment trends & needs of millennials seeking work experience

Impact through Planning:
• Partner with HR & business leaders to design, implement and manage strategic talent pipeline initiatives to source the targeted candidate profile
• Strategic selection of schools and build rapport with key faculty members to implement on-campus and digital recruiting activities
• Responsible for the creation of the on-campus and digital candidate engagement strategies

Impact through Execution:
• Each season execute various events through on-campus and digital activities
• Manage requisitions in accordance to the Nestlé Compliance process
• Advise interview teams of ways to find the targeted talent profile by utilizing best practices in talent selection
• Conduct final rounds & consensus meetings with the hiring team to identify the candidates that embody the skillsets needed to be successful both short & long-term
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates
• Responsible for the creation and nurturing of the broader candidate pipeline at its earliest stages of offer acceptance through communicating the benefits for working for the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company
• Contribute to hiring a pivotal talent pipeline that continues to build upon our current robust talent pool
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
• Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field required

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, talent selection or Human Resources required
• Recruiting experience in a large national or global corporation preferred

SKILLS:
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to conduct competency-based recruitment
• Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients
• Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels
• Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media
• Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
• Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leaders
• Ability to influence and negotiate with business leaders and HR partners
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify actionable insights
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
• Must be willing to travel up to 15%
